Head of the Lit Escalates Closed Council Joel Daniel Phillips toiled for weeks on the dust jacket art for Curious King's Artist Edition of Best Served Cold, featuring Monza Murcatto and Caul Shivers on horseback on the road to Tallins in hot pursuit of a cold dish…bloody vengeance.
